I’m Laurie Darling

As a Christian, I believe that understanding our spiritual DNA as being rooted in God is essential to living the abundant life that Jesus told us he came to give (Jn 10:10). Paul encouraged believers in their spiritual growth to be rooted and built up in God, strengthened in our faith, and overflowing with thankfulness (Col 2:6-7).
As a clinical psychologist for the past 20 years, I’ve helped all kinds of people identify, challenge, and overcome barriers and obstacles to peace, joy, and success in achieving their goals.

Two decades ago, the Lord impressed on my heart that I was to serve as a “bridge” between psychology and Christianity. Embracing 1010 is the result of that seed taking root. My goal is to inspire and embolden you along life’s journey so that you can live abundantly in Jesus as he continues the good work in you until the day he returns (Phil 1:6).
